The age old adage of "Garabage In Garbage Out" (GIGO) is even more true today than it was at the advent of ERP/MRP systems. Data cleansing is a paramount task in order to Go-Live with a clean set of data. Our data migration philosophy is to do it early and throughout the implementation lifecycle / SDLC. ETL using Excel and CSV imports is most often the best route.
Go-Live
Support
We provide you the support needed at Go-Live for your organization. Operationally, your transaction based business processes including Procure To Pay, Design To Build, and Order To Cash are the initial focus of Go-Live support. The closing of your first month will need Go-Live support a month following your Go-Live for all Record To Report GL transactions and functions.
